Your enrollment in any course is not confirmed until your deposit has been received.

Because we reserve specific dates exclusively for your training, it is unlikely that we can fill your spot if you cancel. For this reason, all course deposits are non-refundable.

Course fees generally include:

• Your instructor's time, up to the maximum training hours allotted for your course.
• Required eLearning materials (when applicable).
• Course registration fees.
• Certification processing upon successful completion of all course requirements.

• Transportation to and from dive sites
• Meals and accommodations
• Dive site admission or park entry fees
• Equipment rental
• Air or gas fills
• Certification card replacement or reprocessing fees
• Additional instructor time beyond the hours normally allotted for the course

Scuba certification requires that every student meet established performance standards. These standards are designed to ensure that you can dive safely, confidently, and responsibly without placing yourself or others at risk.

Most students successfully complete their course within the scheduled training time. However, some students may require additional instruction or practice to master the required skills.

If additional training is needed, you have two options:

• Discontinue the course without certification.
• Continue training by scheduling additional instruction until the required performance standards are met.

Additional instructor time is billed separately. Any applicable fees will be discussed with you before additional training is scheduled.

We believe in maintaining open and honest communication throughout your course. Your instructor will keep you informed of your progress and will let you know as early as possible if additional training is likely to be necessary.
